Mi Mix 4 Receives the MIUI 14 Update: The Update has Given a Boost to its Camera Quality

The Mi Mix 4 smartphone from Xiaomi has received the MIUI 14 update. As per a tweet shared on Twitter, the update has brought a boost to its camera.

The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 was launched on the 16th of August 2021 with the Android 11-based MIUI 12.5 custom user interface. As per a tweet shared by a Twitter user, we see that the smartphone has received the MIUI 14 update.

However, the update received is MIUI 14.0.22.12.8. DEV Beta update. The user also claims to have gotten an upgrade to the phone’s camera quality.

The smartphone has a triple camera setup on its rear with a 108MP wide camera, an 8MP periscope telephoto camera, and a 13MP ultra-wide camera. It also has a 20MP selfie camera.

With the update received, the Mi Mix 4 smartphone will receive a lot of additional upgrades including camera optimizations which have given the smartphone an overall improvement in its camera quality.

Xiaomi’s Mi Mix 4 smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ 5G (5 nm) chipset. It has a primary clock speed of 2.99GHz and is equipped with the Adreno 660 GPU.

The smartphone also features a 6.67″ AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

The device also has a 4500 mAh battery which supports a wired fast charge of upto 120W and a wireless fast charge of upto 50W.
