New Feature Coming to ColorOS 13 on May 24, Along with OPPO’s Reno 10 Series Smartphones
OPPO to bring a new Super Scan feature to the brand’s ColorOS 13 custom user interface. The new feature will be launched on the 24th of May along with the Reno 10 series smartphones.

ColorOS 13 Super Scan Feature
The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, OPPO is to launch its much awaited Reno 10 series smartphones tomorrow, on the 24th of May 2023 and the series will include the Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro and the Reno 10 Pro+ smartphones. Now the company has revealed that a new Super Scan feature will be introduced to the ColorOS 13 custom user interface and the new feature will be introduced tomorrow along with the Reno 10 series smartphones, at 2:30 PM local time in China.
With the Super Scan feature, users will be able to scan codes at a distance of 35 meters, at even 10 degree angle. Darker or lowlight environments will also not be a problem for the new feature and users will easily be able to scan the codes on double clicking.
Recently we reported that all the Reno 10 series smartphones will feature a telescopic lens at its rear and the telescopic camera that is provided might help in the proper working of the new feature that will be introduced tomorrow.
Here’s a glimpse of the upcoming Reno 10 series smartphones and its expected features.
OPPO’s Reno 10 series, as mentioned will include three smartphones – the Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro and the Reno 10 Pro+ smartphones, and the Reno 10 Pro+ will be the high end model of the series.
The Reno 10 Pro+ smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and is expected to bring a triple camera setup at its rear with a 50MP main camera, 64MP telescopic camera and an 8MP ultra wide camera. The device will also likely be backed by a 4700 mAh battery with a fast charge support of 100W.
The Reno 10 Pro smartphone is also expected to come equipped with the same battery backup of 4700 mAh and is to supporting a fast charge feature of 100W. The device is also expected to have the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 (4 nm) chipset and at its rear will likely be featuring a 50MP triple camera setup.
The Reno 10 smartphone is the low end model and is expected to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 5G (6 nm) chipset. At its rear the smartphone is also expected to feature a 64MP triple camera setup.
All the Reno 10 series smartphone are likely to feature an AMOLED display panel with a front facing camera of 32MP. With the launch of the smartphones tomorrow, we’ll be able to confirm its specifications.
