OnePlus 10 Pro Receives OxygenOS 14.0.0.940 Update with December 2024 Security Patch

Last month, OnePlus announced the OxygenOS 15 Closed Beta update for the OnePlus 10 Pro. While there has been no news since then, OnePlus is now rolling out the OxygenOS 14.0.0.940 update in India, Global, and EU regions for OnePlus 10 Pro users. The update includes the December 2024 Android security patch and fixes an issue where some users were experiencing time accuracy problems when there was no internet connection. The firmware version for India is NE2211_14.0.0.940(EX01), while for Global and EU regions it is NE2213_14.0.0.940(EX01).

This is a patch-level update with minimal feature changes. However, one user reported in the community thread that their files app is experiencing glitches when opening and closing, though others have not reported any issues with this update. Users experiencing problems should submit bug reports through the community thread. Indian users can also dial *#800# and select the option to submit bugs.
