OnePlus 13 also joins OnePlus 13R, receives its first global OxygenOS 15.0.0.402 update after its launch
The OnePlus 13R was the first in the OnePlus 13 series to receive the update after its launch in the global market. Now, its sibling, the OnePlus 13, is also joining in with the OxygenOS 15.0.0.402 update. As per the announcement, this update is currently available only for the Indian region. However, this doesn’t mean other regions won’t get it—they will soon.
The rollout process typically takes about a week or two, as is usually the case. So, some users may not receive it today or tomorrow, but it is expected to hit their smartphones soon. The update has a firmware version CPH2649_15.0.0.402(EX01) and a total size of 988 MB.
For those who were complaining about the lack of watermarks, this update addresses that issue. Additionally, live alerts will now display the battery charging status. More details can be found in the changelog below.
