The Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, OnePlus has rolled out the June 2023 Android security patch update to its OnePlus Nord 2 5G smartphone.

The Android security patch update that has been rolled out to the two-year-old OnePlus Nord 2 5G smartphone has a firmware version of DN2101_11_F.46 and a total size of 941.55 MB. As mentioned, the update will be integrating the June 2023 Android security patch into the device. With the update, improvements will also be brought to the device’s system stability and performance as well.

OnePlus also advises its users to have their data backed up before updating the device, even if the update won’t delete or modify anything from the device’s storage. Enough storage space should also be assured before updating. Contact customer care if any sorts of issues or bugs are noticed on the newer version. After the device gets updated to the latest version, the download package will automatically get deleted.
OnePlus Nord 2 5G smartphone users may be notified once the update is available on the device or they’ll be able to check for its availability on “System Updates” in “Settings”.
