OnePlus Nord CE 3 receives OxygenOS 15 update in India with new AI features, but users report multiple issue

OnePlus has officially announced the rollout of the stable OxygenOS 15 update for Nord CE 3 smartphones in India, following the footsteps of its sibling device, the Nord CE 3 Lite. The update is being rolled out in batches, with the complete rollout expected to take one to two weeks to reach all users.

While OnePlus has packed the update with exciting features, including clever AI tools and fresh customization options, not everything is running smoothly. Early adopters have run into their fair share of headaches. The AI reply feature, which many users were looking forward to, seems to be MIA. Screen gremlins have popped up too – users are spotting pesky green and yellow lines when switching between the Always-on Display and lock screen.

The promised flux themes are nowhere to be found, and live alerts are acting up in landscape mode. The frustrations don’t stop there – the new volume slider has vanished, AI features in the smart sidebar are missing in action, and live alerts seem to have a mind of their own. Users can’t find the Circle to search feature, VoNR support is absent, and even basic things like quick settings tiles aren’t playing nice.

Add to that some Always-on Display quirks, occasional UI stutters, hungry RAM consumption, camera wobbles in 1080p 60fps videos, and apps randomly closing in the background, and you’ve got quite a list of teething problems. OnePlus hasn’t said when they’ll fix these issues, but we’re expecting a patch to drop sometime soon.
