OnePlus Releases OxygenOS 14.0.0.540 Update for Nord 3 in India, Introducing ‘Deny Only When App Launches’ Feature

OnePlus has announced the incremental rollout of OxygenOS 14.0.0.540 for the OnePlus Nord 3 smartphone. The update is currently being pushed to devices in India in batches, with a wider release expected in the coming days. Further examining the changelog, users will receive a new security feature called ‘Deny only when app launches’, along with some bug fixes and the September 2024 Android Security patch update.

As with the update, users in India also get an option to submit bugs in this update by dialing *#800# from their smartphone. And then choose the option to submit bugs if any.

Considering recent trends where users have faced green line issues or, in some cases, experienced dead motherboards after updates, it’s worth noting that so far, no one has reported any issues with this update for the OnePlus Nord 3. Hopefully, there won’t be any problems for Nord 3 users with this update.
