OnePlus, the Chinese smartphone maker, has started pushing a new firmware update for its Nord 3 5G device in the Indian, global, and European regions.

OnePlus Nord 3 5G – OxygenOS 14.0.0.300 Update
This latest OxygenOS update for the OnePlus Nord 3 5G device has the firmware versions – “CPH2491_14.0.0.300(EX01)” in India and “CPH2493_14.0.0.300(EX01)” in the global and the European areas. Some of the issues that were present in the previous OxygenOS 14.0.0.201 update will be resolved, while the new update will also act as a substitute update for users who didn’t receive the said previous update.
Speaking of the OxygenOS 14.0.0.300 update changelogs, firstly this update will again be carrying the January 2024 Android security patch for those users who haven’t received it, and the update will also be bringing improvements to system stability and performance. The battery life will be extended, whereas the Background stream feature in the Smart Sidebar has been taken away. The issue of the screen turning white when Theme Store is opened has also been fixed.
This update being incremental in nature will only be rolled out in phases and a batch-wise roll-out can be expected. Some of the Nord 3 5G users would have already received it, while others will be receiving it in the coming few days.
To submit feedback, Indian users can dial “*#800#” on Google Dialer and fill it up on the pop-up menu. Users of the other regions can directly submit it as comments on the respective update thread.
