OnePlus SOTA Update V30P01 Now Rolling Out: Compatible Across OxygenOS 13, 14, and 15
OnePlus is back again with an OxygenOS V30P01 SOTA update that is currently being rolled out. Users can access the features listed in this update without waiting for an OTA rollout. OnePlus has shared the list of devices that will receive this update, including those running OxygenOS 14 and OxygenOS 13.
The update rollout began on January 3rd and is expected to be completed by January 27th, 2025.
The total size of the update varies: 295.78 MB for OxygenOS 14 users, 336.95 MB for OxygenOS 15 users on phones, and 341.09 MB for tablets. While it’s not a major update in terms of size, it brings several useful features that I will share in the changelog below. The update is being rolled out with version number V30P01(BRB1EX01) for smartphone users, while tablet users will receive version V30P01(BRB3EX01).
Some of these features are exclusive to OxygenOS 15 and will not be available to users on OxygenOS 14 and 13. The OnePlus 11R 5G has already received the OxygenOS 15 update, though some users are still running OxygenOS 14. This SOTA update is available for both versions – users can install it whether they’ve upgraded to OxygenOS 15 or are still using OxygenOS 14.
