The Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has made Oppo A38 eligible in India for ColorOS 14 Open Beta Program. This update will enable users to experience the latest features of Oppo’s latest custom skin before it’s official version is rolled out.
Oppo A38: ColorOS 14 Open Beta Program
This ColorOS 14 Open Beta Program based on Android 14 has been made eligible for Oppo A38 Indian users and the company is recruiting 5000 users for this beta testing. Users should confirm that their device is updated to the detectable version: CPH2579_14.0.0.80(EX01).
Users should keep in mind that this is not a stable version and arrives with it’s own risks and issues. After updating to the latest Open Beta Test version, the operating system will do several actions to optimize your device automatically. Some third party applications are not compatible with Android 14. Users are advised to backup their important personal data before updating to this program.
How to apply for Open Beta Program?
Step 1: Go to Settings > About device > Tap the top of the page > Tap icon on the top right > Trial versions > Beta> Fill in your information (This is important, as we’ll send you a satisfaction survey with a message to collect your feedback) > Apply Now
Step 2: Update About device > Download Now (after the application is successful)
