OPPO, one among the leading Chinese smartphone and other consumer electronics makers, has now announced its ColorOS December 2024 experience upgrade list for OPPO and OnePlus devices. Many new features will be rolled out to its devices and the roll out will take place in two batches. The brand is focused on offering a faster user experience and the new features will be catering to this vision.

ColorOS December 2024 Experience Upgrade List Announced in China
Firstly speaking about the first batch features, One Touch Transfer will be brought to devices, which will add the support for transferring pictures, live photos, video, and files with iOS by touching both ends of the respective devices.
Initially, three models will receive it, before 31st December 2024.

Starting from January 2025, nine more models will receive it.

Upgrade plans for other devices will be shared on a later date as per what has been revealed.
The Album Watermark Master is also a notable feature addition in the first batch, which will let users customize personalized watermarks and create great photos on the photo album.
Before the 26th of January 2024, the below mentioned devices will be offered this feature.

For other devices, details are yet to be shared.
Few of the other useful features that are coming are three new film-style filters (Fresh, Retro, and Transparent) in Photo mode and Portrait mode, phone transferring support for iOS live photo migration, charging information and flashlight addition in Fluid Cloud, added support for dragging and maximizing floating window size, and added special application permission and ‘Don’t allow all’ option.

In the second batch, more features will be brought in the Photo Album, Weather, and other services. In Photo Album, date display when dragging the side slider, new album view filtering function, and encryption of entire albums are a few new features. In Weather, display of rainfall probability, weather and air quality city rank, and weather desktop cards are the upgrades. Added calendar countdown desktop card for birthday and anniversary, one-click commands on desktop, ‘File Recommendation’ in File Manager, a new security guard feature, and optimized search function are among the other second batch upgrades.
