Stressed out on always glancing at the image to copy the little pieces of information that you want to get?

Samsung brings a permanent solution to this with the extract text feature that comes with its One UI 5 custom user interface.

Read more about it below.

Extract Text Feature

We all know how annoying and how tiring it is to glance each and every time at an image to get the information that you want from it. Samsung has put an end to all this fuss with its extract text feature that has been introduced with its One UI 5 custom user interface.

Users will be able to access this new feature with its latest custom UI and use them in two different ways. They can either long press on an input field and then select the “Extract Text” option that pops up in the small window, or they can just open the keyboard on an input field and then tap on the “Extract Text” option that is there on the toolbar section.

The extract text feature that Samsung has introduced in its custom UI has a context-aware ability that has been developed with the help of artificial intelligence. This allows its users to extract the information that is needed in the text box or in an application. For example, if it is the phone number or the e-mail address that the text box requires, the device will only scan that information and not any other information.
