Realme has announced the early access of Realme UI 5.0 powered by Android 14 Beta for the Realme GT 2 Pro smartphone. This has been announced for the users of Russia and India region only. The Realme UI 5.0 Early access brings enhanced security and privacy, performance optimization, system improvements, and updated design for the smartphone. This array of new features will improve the overall system stability and enhance security by improving the management of photo and video-related permission.
New ringtones and revamped system notification sounds have also been added with this update. Those who will be applying for early access to Realme UI 5.0 should know that early software access may bring bugs and some apps may not function properly. It is advised users to backup their data before applying for early access. As per the announcement, only a limited number of seats are available and users will be accepted in batches.
Make sure to follow these steps if you want to apply for early access.
1. Ensure your Realme GT 2 Pro has at least 60% battery.
2. Update your device to the required UI version (RMX3301_13.1.0.503 (EX01)).
3. Enable Developer Mode (Settings > About device > Version > Version Number > Tap version number seven times).
4. Apply for Early Access via the Software Update Application channel (Settings > About device > Click on the “realme UI 4.0” banner at the top > Click on the three dots in the top right corner > Beta program > Early Access > Apply Now > Submit your details and complete the application).
