Realme’s 2022 GT 2 smartphone has now been made eligible in the Chinese region for the latest Realme UI 5.0 based on the Android 14 operating system early adopter version. This update will allow its users to enjoy the new features of the latest custom skin before its official release.

This early adopter version update of the Realme UI 5.0 custom skin for the GT 2 smartphone in China will not be stable when compared to the public beta and stable versions, and it is advised to be downloaded only by users who are already experienced with such updates. Other things to keep in mind before proceeding includes backing up the device to not risk the loss of any personal data, 15GB internal storage space left, and battery charge of at least 60%. The device should also not be rooted and users may face certain app incompatibilities as all applications are still not fully compatible with Android 14 OS.
About the changelogs, the update will upgrade the aquatic color system and will also add aquatic themed system ringtones, optimize system UI prompt sound effects, and improve sound quality. The system dynamics have also been optimized to make it smoother. On the performance side, system stability, application startup speed, and animation smoothness have been improved as well.
Other changelogs are the newly added Fluid Cloud interaction form, added Realme UI ubiquitous service smart car space, added new travel services, added new transfer station, new content extraction capability, added smart cutout function, added function for previewing files in various formats, optimized smart text service, and upgraded intelligent meeting assistant.
Optimizations in multi-device connectivity, My Device upgrade to Device Space, optimized mobile phone relocation, enhanced service framework capabilities, and improved smart service enhancement are also part of this update.
Security features such as an added privacy watermark, added protective watermark to ID photos, and optimized photo and video permission management system are also there in this update. Added carbon tracking AOD and support for displaying and inputting rare characters are again certain other changelogs.
