Realme UI 3.0 users reports major bug issue
Realme recently enabled the UI 3.0 update on Realme devices. This update is an Android firmware-based update which is equivalent to Android 12. Realme stated some pretty fascinating features of the update but now, we are bound to question its effectiveness of it.
On the community forum of Realme, we found users’ experience with the new update. Much to our concern, most of the users are complaining about the update and others are agreeing to it. Users have also mentioned how the update has dropped their battery backup along with other major problems.
A user, after updating the new UI on their device Realme 8 C. 18, complained about the major bug issues. People have agreed with the post and complaints while others have solutions for other minor issues. The user mentioned that they have been using the update for about 20 days and they’ve come across some major issues.
The issues included:-
- Slow Ui performance
- Slightly lag and frame drop
- Battery draining issue
- Bluetooth automatically acts between on and off
- Problems while using wireless earphones during the call
- Automatic connection and disconnection of calls
The user said that they have also reset network settings and have cleared Bluetooth data reboot devices but the problem still remains the same. However, there has been an increase in charging speed. There are major issues that lie with the update.
The user requested the Realme team to solve the basic issues. Meanwhile, other users complained about how the devices hang and slow down a lot.
So far, there has been no reply from the Realme team made to the user, nor has the user been updated about the fixing of the issue.
