Realme UI 5.0 Early Access Edition third batch recruitment announced for Realme GT Explorer Master Edition

The Chinese smartphone brand Realme has begun the registration of Realme UI 5.0 early adopter version based on Android 14 for it’s Realme GT Explorer Master Edition smartphone. Two batches for this particular registration are already filled and today the company has officially announced the recruitment of a third batch for Realme GT Explorer Master Edition.

The registration is open for the users in China only and 1500 users will be selected for this program. Registrations have already started for the third batch, users who have already upgraded to the early adopter version of Realme UI 5.0 do not need to apply again. The basic version of this recruitment is RMX3366_13.1.0.201.

Also, the users should know that this is not a stable version and arrives with its own risks. One of the known issues is that there is a very low probability of WiFi disconnection in certain network environments.

Points to keep in mind

  • Make sure that the phone has more than 15GB of internal storage space
  • Make sure that phone is not ROOT and the battery is above 60%
  • Users are recommended to back up all the data on the device
  • Third-party apps are not yet compatible with Android 14, therefore, it is advised to update all applications to the latest version before upgrading to the early-adopter version

Registration methods and steps:

For those users who are interested in being a part of the Realme UI 5.0 early adopter version program, they may go to the device’s “Settings” and visit “About phone”. There click on the “Realme UI version” and in the next window, tap on the three dots at the top-right corner. Select “Public Application”, and fill in the mobile phone number and other details to apply. If selected, the update will be rolled out.
