Realme UI 5.0 Official Version Rolls-Out for the GT Neo 5 SE Smartphone in China

Realme, the Chinese consumer electronics manufacturer, has started rolling out the Realme UI 5.0 official version for its GT Neo 5 SE smartphone in China.

This Realme UI update for the GT Neo 5 SE smartphone in China will be having a firmware version of RMX3700_14.0.0.210(CN01), and will be letting the users experience the features of the latest Realme UI 5.0 custom skin based on the Android 14 operating system.

Speaking of the changelogs, the update will be bringing an upgraded Aquamorphic design to the device and will adopt a natural, soft, and clearer interface style to offer a comfortable color experience. Aquamorphic-themed ringtones, optimized system sound effects, and improved sound quality are also part of the update. System dynamics have also been optimized.

On the system and performance side, many feature additions, fixes, and improvements have been made. Multi-application volume adjustment function, screen color temperature ball function, new screen resolution support for HD and UHD image quality adjustment, and single pulse dimming mode are some of the feature additions. Issues such as screen recording display alignment, inability to remove watermarks, NFC services error, camera error, gesture navigation problem, charging animation icon issue have all been fixed. Improvements in system stability, application startup speed, and animation smoothness have all been made as well.

For better security and privacy, an added privacy watermark to ID photos and an optimized photo and video permission management system are also there in the update.

Coming to the productivity features, a Fluid Cloud interaction form, ubiquitous service smart car space (Car+), transfer station, cross-end synchronization, test recognition and added support for handwritten text, input support for rare characters, a mobile phone relocation/migration feature, and a Carbon tracking AOD are also present.

It will take two to three weeks for the update to reach all users. Rolling back to the previous stable version after updating is also possible, and users can do so by locally installing the zip package downloaded from the respective Realme server.
