Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 receives the One UI 5.1.1 beta update in South Korea
Reportedly, Samsung will be unveiling its upcoming foldable devices- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 at its next Unpacked event which is confirmed to be held on 26 July in Seoul. The upcoming devices have created enough buzz on the internet already making Samsung fans more excited about the launch. On one hand, where Samsung is nearing the launch of its latest foldable devices, on the other hand, the company has released a new software update for its previous foldable device- Galaxy Z Fold 4.
According to @UniverseIce Galaxy Z Fold 4 has started One UI 5.1.1 beta testing in South Korea and the users who registered for this beta version have received the update on their devices.

According to a report by Sammobile, this update simplifies the way in which pop-up apps can be switched to split screen view by holding the handle at the top of the pop-up window and dragging it to one side. While users can now use the S Pen to move over a minimized app’s icon to see a preview of the app. More apps now support multi-window in Flex mode where as media controls in Flex mode have been improved and the toolbar in this mode is customized.
Users can share files with contacts due to the addition of Quick Share while they can also set expiration dates for shared files. Samsung Health app has also received some amazing improvements with this update. Even the sleep coaching app is also improved and the gallery app now supports changing date and time notation for watermarks. While clicking pictures would now be more interesting as the camera app has improved the Pro mode design in Flex mode.
The taskbar can now hold up to four recently used apps and it also auto-adjusts based on the number of apps it holds. The other improvements include better drag-and-drop functionalities for My files and home screen, and the ability to charge Galaxy Buds and Galaxy Watch via Wireless Power share.
