Samsung Rolls-Out the One UI 7 Beta 5 Update for its Galaxy S24 Series Devices

The South Korean smartphone maker – Samsung as expected has rolled out the next and fifth One UI 7 beta update for last year’s Galaxy S24 series devices. The update has been made available to Galaxy S24 series users in India, Germany, Poland, South Korea, and in the United States.

Galaxy S24 Series – One UI 7 Beta 5 Update Now Rolling Out

This One UI 7 beta 5 update that is now rolling out for the Galaxy S24 series users has the firmware version – ‘ZYC6’, and along with multiple bug fixes and improvements, an added Samsung Log function has been made available for the vanilla Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ smartphone models as well.

Speaking of the fixes, the intermittent display error that was there on the Now Bar controller, the notification setting error on the lock screen, icons appearing small on the Widget Settings screen, intermittent blur issues on enabling widget transparency, partial font or image overlap issues, quick action menu spacing issue, Gallery edit button operating issue, and notification history operation error have been fixed with the beta 5 update. Additionally, a media playback improvement is also part of the update, and it enables media to be displayed as real-time notifications. Moreover, certain other improvements will also be made with this beta update.

Following the One UI 7 beta 5 update, the brand will also be rolling out a beta 6 update too next month in April 2025. Around the mid-half of April 2025, the brand is also expected to start rolling out the official stable version of the One UI 7 custom skin for several Galaxy smartphone models, including the Galaxy S24 series flagships.
