Samsung’s Galaxy S25 Series Now Receiving March 2025 Android Security Patch Update in India, Europe, and Thailand

Samsung – the South Korean smartphone maker, has started rolling out the latest March 2025 Android security patch update for this year’s flagship Galaxy S25 series devices. The update is currently rolling out in the Indian, European, and Thailand markets.

Galaxy S25 Series – March 2025 Android Security Patch Update
The March 2025 Android security patch update for the Galaxy S25 series devices will be bringing more improved security features to the latest smartphones, and thus will enhance the overall system security. It is based on the Android 15 OS version (One UI 7 on top), and has a total size of 586.19 MB. The build version of the update in India, Europe, and Thailand is ‘S938BXXS1AYC2 / S938BOXM1AYC2 / S938BXXS1AYC2’.
Speaking of other related news, Samsung has announced its One UI 7 official stable version roll-out for its previous Galaxy devices from early next month onward. The official roll-out in India is scheduled to begin from the 7th of April 2025, whereas the roll-out will only start three days later on the 10th of April 2025 in the US market.
Additionally, the One UI 7 beta 5 update for Galaxy S24 series devices has already been rolled out, and they will be receiving one more beta update soon. Also to add, the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Fold 6, and Galaxy Z Flip 6 devices were all made eligible for the One UI 7 beta program this month in March 2025.
