Unisoc Upgrades It’s 4G And 5G Chipsets To Android 15

Unisoc, a chipset design company, has upgraded its 5G and 4G chipsets to Android 15. As per the statement released by the company, 5G chipsets including, T770, T765, T760, and T750, as well as its 4G chipsets such as the T620, T619, T616, T615, T612, and T606 have been upgraded to Android 15. The update enhances performance, boosts security, and introduces new features.

A UNISOC executive commented, “We are excited to bring Android 15 to our wide range of mobile platforms. This upgrade ensures our customers have access to the latest technologies, including enhanced media experiences, optimized gaming performance, and advanced security features.”

As part of the upgrade, Unisoc has also introduced a frame rate stabilization scheme tailored for gaming. For seamless and powerful performance for a wide array of applications, Unisoc brings enhancements across the board including optimization in CPU, algorithms, audio, video, and AI Codec technologies. Vivo Y18i smartphones powered by Unisoc T612 are among other smartphones that will get Android 15 update. Unisoc has also introduced technology optimizations tailored for the Indian market, addressing climate conditions and user preferences. It includes advanced temperature management, improved gaming performance, and enhanced AI capabilities. It has also significantly upgraded its photographic features, supporting 100MP photography, continuous shooting, photo watermarking, and dual video recording.
