Vivo, one of the leading Chinese consumer electronics makers, has started rolling out a new OriginOS 4 update for its latest X100 Pro flagship. The update will be bringing a camera feature to the device.

Vivo X100 Pro – New OriginOS 4 Update
This new OriginOS 4 update that Vivo’s X100 Pro device is receiving in China has a firmware version of “PD2324C_A_14.0.13.15.W10.V000L1”, with a total size of 164MB. As mentioned, a newly added camera feature is part of the update.
On updating, the X100 Pro smartphone users will be able to make use of a new Chinese-style watermark which is said to perfectly align with the Spring Festival atmosphere.
To keep in mind, the update won’t delete or modify any user data, but it is advised to back up the device before updating. During the update process, the battery consumption may increase, as well as the temperature. It is recommended to connect and charge the device while updating. Also, this update can be installed in the background without affecting the use of the device.
Along with this, it has also been shared that the brand will be unveiling a Year of the Dragon Edition for the Vivo X100 Pro device. Just to add, Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO had recently announced the Year of the Dragon Special Edition for its 12 flagship smartphones.
