Xiaomi 14 Ultra Receives A New Software Update In China; Integrates Various Camera Optimizations And Latest Security Patch To The Device

The smartphone brand  Xiaomi launched Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone in the Chinese market in February while later the device was also launched in India. The company rolled out various camera improvements later in March for the Chinese variant of this device. Today, a new update is being rolled out for Xiaomi 14 Ulltra in China with some more camera optimizations and the latest security patch.

The update arrives with firmware version 1.0.12.0.UNACNXM and the size of this latest upgrade is 246MB.

The device features a 6.73-inch 2k LTPO OLED C8 display that offers 3000 nits of brightness, DC+1920 Hz, 2160 Hz PWM Dimming rate, P3 wide color gamut, and 120 Hz refresh rate. It sports a Micro Quad Curved display that is protected by Xiaomi Longjing Glass. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC that is paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It is backed by a 5300mAh battery with G1, and P2 surge chips and supports 90W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging. The device packs up a quad rear camera setup that includes 50MP LYT-900 with OIS, 50MP IMX858 Ultra-wide camera, 50MP IMX8583 3.2x telephoto with OIS and 50MP IMX858 5x periscope with OIS.
