Xiaomi rolls out a new software update for Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone in China
The Chinese smartphone manufacturer Xiaomi unveiled its latest Xiaomi 14 Ultra smartphone in its home country China last month. This smartphone arrives with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, 5300 mAh battery, 50MP LYT 900 main rear camera, and much more. To improve some camera features of this device and system stability, Xiaomi has rolled out the latest software update for this device.

The update arrives with firmware version 1.0.6.0.UNACNXM and the size of the update is 609 MB.

The device features a 6.73-inch 2k LTPO OLED C8 display that offers 3000 nits of brightness, DC+1920 Hz, 2160 Hz PWM Dimming rate, P3 wide color gamut, and 120 Hz refresh rate. It sports a Micro Quad Curved display that is protected by Xiaomi Longjing Glass. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC that is paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It is backed by a 5300mAh battery with G1, and P2 surge chips and supports 90W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging. The device packs up a quad rear camera setup that includes 50MP LYT-900 with OIS, 50MP IMX858 Ultra-wide camera, 50MP IMX8583 3.2x telephoto with OIS and 50MP IMX858 5x periscope with OIS. The smartphone measures 75.3mm x 161.4mm x 9.2mm and weighs 224g. Other features include- an in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, an x-axis linear motor, a USB-C port, Bluetooth 5.4, WiFi 7, IR Blaster, IP68 rating, Android 14 OS, and NFC support.
