Samsung’s Exynos 1480 Chip Spotted on Geekbench: Core Specs Revealed
The upcoming Exynos chipset that is expected to arrive and reported to have been tested on the Galaxy A55 smartphone, the Exynos 1480 chip, has been spotted being listed on the Geekbench database. The listing further also reveals its core specs.

Exynos 1480 Chipset – Geekbench Listing
This chipset from Samsung with the model number – S5E8845(said to be internally codenamed as “Rose”), considering the previous Exynos 1280 and Exynos 1380 chips which came with model numbers – S5E8825 and S5E8835, is revealed to be the Exynos 1480 chipset. Also, the Galaxy A53 and the A54 smartphones came with the Exynos 1280 and Exynos 1380 chipsets and the upcoming Galaxy A55 smartphone will be arriving with the Exynos 1480 chip(as above mentioned).
Now coming to the Geekbench listing, we get to see that the S5E8845 – Exynos 1480 chip from Samsung has been tested on the database, and it scored a single core score of 873 points and a multi-core score of 2680 points. Speaking more, the listing also reveals that the chipset is integrated with Samsung’s Eclipse 530 GPU, with the Android version 14 and a RAM of 8GB.
Regarding the core configuration, the chipset is an octa-core processor with 4 primary cores having a clock speed of 2.75 GHz, and four other cores clocked at 2.05 GHz.
