Anonymous has just leaked 87,500 new emails (107GB) from Neocom Geoservice, an engineering firm that specialises in exploring oil and gas fields and providing drilling support, via DDoSecrets.

Neocom Geoservice specialises in oil and gas field exploration. One of the company’s key partners is Russia’s Gazprom, the world’s largest natural gas exporter. The hackers made the two companies’ communications public.

The hackers listed the Russian companies that work with Neocom Geoservice as “Gazprom, Orenburgneft, Samotlorneftegaz, Tyumenneftegaz, and Rospan International.” The communication of all mentioned entities should be present in the stolen data.

Nonetheless, the communication may shed light on the intentions of Gazprom and the other entities mentioned.
