Anonymous claimed on Twitter that they attempted to scan the official site but were unsuccessful because the news channel had shut down their servers due to the constant hacking of Russian news channels in the past.

Anonymous initially claimed that they had hacked live TV channels Russia 24, Channel One, and Moscow 24, as well as “Russian streaming services Wink and Ivi (similar to Netflix).”
According to reports, hackers also jammed Russian airwaves with audio of the Ukrainian national anthem and broadcast “troll faces on Russian military radio.”
