Google introduces Password Checkup tool among other updates
Google announced that they’ll be expanding its Password Checker feature to older devices. Tablets and phones running Android 9 or newer versions will have access to the feature. This feature is a part of Google’s autofill password manager, which checks password strength or if any logins have been compromised in a data breach.
The update also includes a new feature which will make a list that also includes the ability to schedule text messages to send later on along with a new version of TalkBack i.e. Google’s screen reader for Android, as it is considered to be better support for Google Assistant to accomplish tasks even when your phone is locked.
How to Scheduled text messages?
After updating the updated Google’s Messages app, you’ll be able to tap and hold on the send button for a message to select the date and time that you’d like to send your text. This feature is available on devices running Android 7 or newer.
Google’s TalkBack screen reader, will allow blind and low vision users to more easily interact with their phones.
