According to SP (Rural) Iraj Raja, Sandeep Kumar Yadav, speaking on behalf of the foundation, reported a crime to the police. He claimed in his police report that the hackers had taken all student and staff data from the institute’s computers and deleted it.
Police have filed an FIR against two unidentified people by Section 507 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) (criminal intimidation by anonymous communication) and the relevant portions of the IT Act.
