While several members of the Hacktivist group Anonymous have joined a task force to help Ukraine. There are several others who are trying to benefit from this name of Anonymous. The word itself means that anyone can become anonymous. You can be a journalist or a guy trying to help another against oppression. Anonymous is an idea of Freedom.

Several accounts have since emerged claiming to be anonymous. However, not everyone is there to help others. Some are trying to take the benefit of the situation that is going on between Russia and Ukraine. Some are asking for donations while some are asking for Followers. However, several accounts that we found out has debunked all these accounts. They have further made claims that anyone who asks for money cannot be anonymous and people should refrain from donating to these scammers.
A new type of crypto has emerged called anon tokens. While checking this clearly violates the rules of Anonymous to not ask for money.

As we dig deep into this Anontoken.com, we found out that the domain is just a year old. It was registered via Godaddy on 2021-03-18. Further information states that it is using Cloudflare DNS.

SO in the end we can come to a conclusion that by the rules of Anonymous, this is a scam. As no anonymous will try to benefit from any situation. They are there to fight for the helpless not to take benefit from them.
