Nothing OS 2.0 confirmed to arrive to Nothing Phone (1) users by the end of August

Nothing is all set to launch a new version of Android Skin Nothing OS. The founder Carl Pei has announced through a Twitter post that Nothing Phone(1) will get the update by the end of August. Carl committed this to users by writing “Software support is very important to us. Nothing OS 2.0 will be coming to Phone (1) users by the end of August”. Nothing OS 2.0 is also based on Android 13 similar to the 1.5 update that came before it.

In an interview with the XDA Nothing’s Software Creative Director, Mladen M.Hyose revealed that the brand wanted to start from scratch when it gets to Nothing OS 2.0. Hoyss’s portfolio includes working on Blloc’s Zero 18 Android phones and the Ratio Launcher Development. He believes, with the Nothing OS 2.0 there will be a harmonious sync between the hardware and software design fundamentals that form the core identity of the brand.

Users will get to see major improvements that will make Nothing smartphones more personalized and productive for users. The company has also announced the launch of Nothing Phone 2 followed by the new character launch that confused users for a while. On one side where an update is going to make the existing smartphone more productive and personalized, another side company is getting ready to launch its new member packed with the best features.
