OnePlus 9RT Smartphone Receives April 2024 Android Security Patch In India

OnePlus has rolled out a new update for the OnePlus 9RT smartphone users in India region. This updated version OxygenOS 14.0.0.600 comes with an April 2024 Android security patch and some other things. The update is being rolled out in batches in India so may take some time to reach all users.

  • You can now press and hold the Volume Down button to turn the torch on when the screen is off.
  • You can now enter the first letter of an app name for a fuzzy search from the app library in the taskbar.

  • Integrates the April 2024 Android security patch to enhance system security.

In case you can submit bugs by opening the Google Dialer and typing *#800#. You will find a menu that allows you to submit bugs. In case you don’t see any notifications coming to you, better check the update manually by navigating to Settings.

Specifications 

As far as specs are concerned the OnePlus 9RT smartphone comes with a 6.62-inch wide AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Snapdragon 888 chipset paired with Adreno 660 GPU. It packs up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM with up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. In the camera department, the smartphone has got a 50MP main camera, 16MP ultra-wide camera, and 2MP macro lens.
