POCO X6 Pro officially confirmed to be powered by Xiaomi HyperOS
POCO X6 series which is touted as “Mid Range King Family” is announced to launch on January 11 globally. In India time the event will open at 1:30 am on January 12.
Ahead of its official launch, the company has confirmed a few specs and is expected to drop a few more specs. Recently the company confirmed from its global X account that POCO X6 Pro will be powered by Xiaomi HyperOS. As of now, there is no confirmation whether the standard version will run HyperOS or not.

As per the announcement, the X6 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset while the X6 Pro will be powered by the Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset.
Expected specs
The POCO X6 is said to be the rebranded version of the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G smartphone while the POCO X6 Pro is said to be the rebranded version of the Redmi K70E smartphone.
The POCO X6 Pro smartphone can come with a 6.67-inch wide 1.5K resolution display and 120 Hz refresh rate. It can pack up to 12 GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage. It can be backed by a 5000 mAh battery that supports 67W rapid charging.
The standard model of the series can come with a 6.67-inch OLED display that offers FHD+ resolution. It can pack up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It can be backed by a 5100 mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
