1.Jaguar E-Type

From 1992 until 1993, this very unique-looking car was the fastest vehicle in the whole world for two years. The XJ220 was powered by a 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged V6 that produced 542 horsepower and was able to achieve a top speed of 220 mph in just 3.2 seconds and could go from 0 to 62 mph.
Although the car is an absolute beast, it was never really noticed during its manufacturing days. The explanation is that a big 6.2-litre V12 was built in the prototype. However, owing to its weight, it was not feasible for the production version, which made several buyers upset.
