Elon Musk Takes a jibe at Chrome by saying 4KB of ram was sufficient to put a man on the moon
Elon Musk today took a jibe at chrome for using more ram. He even compared to the time when only 4KB of ram was used to send a person on the moon.
Is It True That Google Chrome Consumes More Memory?
Yes was the only option a few years ago. The RAM-hungry reputation of Google Chrome was well-known.
Changes to Google Chrome, on the other hand, have improved the memory utilization of browsers, especially when compared to other popular browsers. Mozilla, Edge, Opera, and Safari all consume more RAM than Chrome at times. How did I come to this conclusion? In a clean browser, I did a quick test, accessing a Facebook page, a YouTube video, the BBC Sport website, and Twitter.
Each word was made up of 16 binary numbers (bits), each of which may be either a zero or a one. This meant that the Apollo computer’s RAM memory was 32,768 bits. It also has 72KB of Read Only Memory (ROM), which translates to 589,824 bits. This memory has been pre-programmed and cannot be altered once it has been set.
