Pay For A Screen Replacement If Device Is Out Of Warranty; Moto’s Reply To A User Facing Green Line Issue On Moto G72

We all have heard instances where smartphone users faced the green line issue on their devices without their smartphones being damaged. Smartphone brands like Samsung and OnePlus have also come up with a solution for this green line issue of its users. Well, recently a Motorola user has also complained about this same issue on his device.

Yesterday a user @GoodKarma_35 on the X platform shared that his Moto G72 device started showing signs of the green line that appears and disappears. When he complained regarding this in an authorized service center he was asked to pay for the screen replacement as his device went out of warranty. The user has also shared a video to show that the device has not gone through any damage or dents, while the images shared by the user showcase that a permanent pink line has also appeared on his device.

Well, today Moto has replied to the user’s complaint but it doesn’t seem to solve the issue of the user. As per Moto if the device is out of warranty then the user will have to pay for a screen replacement as Motorola phones have only a year warranty.

This is not the first time that a Motorola user has complained about this green line issue that suddenly appears on their smartphones, hence it is expected that Motorola might soon arrive with a solution for this growing problem.
