B2X Care Solution which is from a long time known for driving a seamless customer care journey if you own a Google device this is the only place where you can get your device repaired as they are Google’s certified repair partner. B2X Care Solution store is located in Mumbai but there are no walk-in centers so if you want to get your device checked or repaired you need to spend Rs. 850 you could get your device picked up and delivered to B2X.
Recently a user named DAS who goes by @kesehow on Twitter claimed a scam that was done by B2X, and not only this he also explained how the company tried looting him through the follow-up threads.

As per the user, in 2021 he purchased Google Pixel 4A for Rs.31,999 at zero discount and after using it for 1.5 years the screen of the device suddenly got dead and the device was not able to get operated but as per him, the motherboard was fine as he was able to hear the ringtone of calls. So the user decided to send his device to B2X Care Solution as that was the only option left for him to get his device repaired.
The scam which we mentioned was the diagnosis report and quotation which he received from the repair store. As per the report the user’s device went through liquid damage due to which the main board, display, midpalate, backglass, and USB were all replaced which costs him Rs. 35002, more than the original cost of the device.
But as claimed by the user his device never went liquid damage and he was able to charge his device before sending it to B2X which means there was no need for a USB replacement. Talking about the backglass, how can it be replaced when Pixel4A doesn’t have any? About the Midplate, the user mentioned that it was damaged by the B2X team only while dismantling the device as he showed the before and after the condition of the device.
The user confirmed that the only problem was with the display which costs around 5-6K for which he was ready to pay. Also, he said that he had some important 80+ GB data due to which he kept on writing mail to Google and the only solution he received was to get a replacement of his old 4A with Refurbished Pixel 6A for Rs. 30000 with a 3-month warranty.
This was also a fraud claimed by the user as on checking on Flipkart the user found that the brand new Pixel 6A is available for Rs.28,999 with 12 months warranty without any replacement. The user also shared images of other customers’ complaints who got the same quotation and liquid damages reason which means that this is not a mistake but clearly a scam from the side of B2X Care Solution.
