This is the second paragliding accident that took place in Himachal Pradesh this year. The last accident where two persons were killed at Bir Billing in Kangra district of Himachal in March.
These successive accidents are raising questions about the safety protocol of paragliding sport. Several accidents are reported involving paragliders from the same area in recent years.
