After chaos over blue tick now Twitter is raining hash flags on users account
There has already been a number of speculation around the blue tick of Twitter. News and rumors started surfacing since musk announced that blue take will be given for $8 per month. A number of users took to their Twitter accounts to show their outrage. But after that Twitter launched the free official tag. This official tag meant that users did not need to buy a blue tick for showing their authentication it could be shown by the official tag. But Twitter removes that official tag in just a few hours. Now it has come with something very new.
What is this Twitter Hash Flags?
A Twitter username Jane Manchun Wong took her Twitter account to show that Twitter is making branded hashtags. This is also known as hash flags rain. These types of hash flags are nothing but hashtags with an emoji. These hash flags are basically used on Twitter on a special occasions or to celebrate an event.
She also pointed out that these hashtags can be rented for a specific period of time. She also said that this is a pricey affair and also it will be activated only for a specific period of time.
What is going on at Twitter and what do we know so far?
Elon Musk is definitely working hard to make things work at Twitter. He recently posted on Twitter Namaste to thank his Indian techs who are helping him right now along with other staff.
So we must wait for this Hasflag feature as Elon himself makes a lot of announcements on Twitter. Several people on Twitter or outside Twitter were waiting for Elon Musk to crash Twitter. But he is definitely a fighter who came back. He recently stated that all of the CSA material will be removed from Twitter. He is also been advocating for free speech on Twitter where people from both right and left have the freedom to speak.
People are curious to know the reason behind it and even a few people asked the reason for such things happening without any prior news.
