Several OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 10 series smartphones have reported this issue on the community platform. One of the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G smartphone users wrote that he was asked “Rs 42,000 to fix it”. A user named Abhishek Rajvanshi wrote that he was using a OnePlus 9 Pro smartphone and when his smartphone stopped functioning because of a dead motherboard he was asked for Rs 27,000 by the service center for the repair of the dead motherboard of this handset.
