The list contains the names, ranks and passport details of Russians serving in the 64 Motor Rifle Brigade which occupied Bucha prior to March 31.

ATROCITIES ALLEGATIONS

Ukrainian military discovered the bodies of women who had been raped and set alight, as well as the bodies of local authorities and children, according to Oleksiy Arestovych, an advisor to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

According to town mayor Fedoruk, 300 civilians were killed during a month-long Russian army occupation in Bucha, 37 kilometres (23 miles) northwest of Kyiv city centre.

Reuters was unable to independently verify Arestovych and Fedoruk’s claims.

“We can’t help but regard these photographs as a stomach punch,” Blinken said on CNN, adding that accountability was required.
