Does YouTube allow monetization this way?
YouTube becomes a good source of income for those YouTubers who are very dedicated to it. A lot of content creators on the platform are full-time YouTubers and we can only imagine how much YouTube helps them with their compensation.
Monetization in YouTube is something every creator aims for one day or the other. It not only increases the quality of their own videos but also their popularity among their audience.
Today, we found a video that is quickly becoming viral over the internet. The video shows a person trying to complete 4,000 hours mark of view time by streaming videos of multiple channels via multiple tabs on Chrome. The passing of the 4,000 hours mark of view time makes the videos and channel of the creator eligible for monetization which is one of the conditions to qualify.

The video makes us question the algorithm of Youtube and at the same time makes us wonder if the video is legit or not. Can we really monetize YouTube channels with the help of some hacks or does YouTube take action against such issues?
People in the comments have different opinions about the video where some of them are clearly stating the video is fake and that it doesn’t work that way while some are just amused by it.
What do you think? Can this be one of the easy ways of getting your YouTube channel to monetize?
