Blastoise is a blue-colored pokemon introduced in the generation, which looks like a turtle.
Additionally, it is large in structure with a hard brown-shell just like a turtle has.
It is considered as a water – type pokemon and is also known as wartortle.
Blastoise has water sprouts that bulge from its shells.
The water sprouts so accurately and to the point that it shoots water bullets from a distance over 160 feet.
Connecting this water pokemon with his tweet he also mentioned the John F Kennedy memorial.
John F Kennedy is a memorial monument of United States President John Fitzgerald Kennedy in the West End Historic District of downtown Dallas, Texas since 1970.
So, joining this dots, Elon Musk made a dark humour on it while sharing the picture.
