Elon Musk Hits back at Media houses for showing too much negative news
Elon Musk has some strong views on Negative news being published by Media Houses. He shared in one of his posts that most of the news is about negativity. No media house is interested in showing the positivity around us.
He even said that we live in a big world and bad things are bound to happen at any given time. He even said that at the time of Regan news media outlets were far better than today’s media.
A series of tweets posted by the billionaire targeted media houses for being negative.
In one of his tweets, he wrote “Most news outlets attempt to answer the question: “What are the worst things happening on Earth today?” It’s a big planet! Obviously, some bad things are happening somewhere at any given time, but focusing relentlessly on those does not give an accurate picture of reality.”

After that, a Twitter user said “Positive demands work to be done and time. Negative is easy and quick to spew out in drones”. To this Elon Musk replied “That’s true to some degree, but citizen podcasts that aren’t negative like Rogan, Fridman, Dodd, TED interviews, etc are very popular. Maybe part of why traditional media outlets are so negative is because old habits die hard? They so rarely even try to be positive.”

As a respected member of the media, we also believe that negative attracts more and there is a need to bring in positivety.
