Today, Sawyer Merritt, a Co-founder of TwinBrich a sustainable clothing company shared a two-year-old article from Forbes regarding Tesla on his Twitter account.

Sawyer Merritt shared a tweet, ” Breaking: Tesla files for bankruptcy after disrupting the auto industry, Posting record margins and 1,900% stock return Past 3 years.”

He further added, ” As Forbes brilliantly & eloquently stated in 2019: “Musk is living on borrowed time; Tesla’s business model just doesn’t work.” He also shared the article in Forbes.

At the time when this article was published, Tesla’s share value was very low at $387 per share and shareholders didn’t get their shares and Tesla started to add new creditors. The article stated that many considered Tesla was destroying the economic value of America and the end markets for Tesla’s products were weakening.
