The effort put in by humans nowadays has plummeted in the online world. Almost every other work that would have taken days has become a thing of a second. The same is Amazon and Flipkart which allow a customer to order every single thing just by a single tap. Its effortless way of the order has made us addicted to it. But the problem is not about addiction, it’s about Flipkart.
Homegrown online shopping company Flipkart is nowadays in the headlines among Twitter users. There were several users who were facing issues with Flipkart and problems were mostly related to accounting blocks, late delivery, cancellation of orders, and false offers on sale.
A trend with the name #flipkartdoglahai is trending on Twitter. This hashtag has been retweeted by 11.8k users and it’s increasing. There were several users who took screenshots of their Flipkart account interface that showed multiple problems. There was a user who wrote that he ordered a phone a year ago and it was delivered even after that long. Another user wrote that his account got blocked for no reason and when he tried to call customer service they didn’t bother about that. Things got worse when Flipkart showed the same price of a T-shirt with an 80% sale that it had earlier before the sale.
Users’ anger is increasing and that won’t be good for them in any way. Either Flipkart will solve this problem or Amazon will take advantage of it. Let’s see the fate of Flipkart.
