If any Korean user uploads illegally filmed content then Twitter will surely delete and / block access to the specific content. Also, the uploader may be sanctioned. As scary as it sounds, South Korean users will have to pay heed to this media warning and follow certain rules and regulations accordingly. Amidst this update, a South Korean user posted about the same on Twitter, a microblogging site.
