Redmi Note 10 Pro user faces Camera dead issue even after motherboard change
The tech market is multiple billion dollars worth and every single day is dedicated to the launch of a new feature phone in the market. But these tech brands look more interested in making users buy new phones rather than giving them reliable and durable phones. An issue that users are facing nowadays is related to camera blackouts in smartphones. It’s not the scenario in just one phone brand but multiple brands’ users have come forth to express their anger. The same happened with a Twitter user named Anshuman Arpit Mishra who was using Redmi Note 10 Pro.

One day suddenly the phone’s rear camera stopped working and the user could only see a black screen after opening the camera. The user said that he faced a similar issue earlier when the phone’s motherboard was changed to resolve the issue but the same thing happened after a certain time period. He also shared the screenshot of the phone’s display when the camera is open and in that image “Can’t connect to camera” can be seen. Sharing the image he wrote “It happened again (twice) in 2 years.

A user named Kartik Gupta shared his previous tweet in a comment in which he also mentioned a similar issue regarding his Vivo Y19 phone. He wrote “Cant believe Vivo has also this camera dead issue. My phone’s Vivo Y19 camera is dead now. It was working fine yesterday but in the morning every camera is dead now.
I just checked and found some Vivo Y series users are facing this issue too. I can’t afford this change issue”. Most of the users who went to service centers were asked about Rs 5,000 to Rs 10,000 for the motherboard replacement for resolving the issue. Users are annoyed by such issues and most tech companies are focusing on introducing new phones in the market rather than focusing on improving user experience and service with existing customers.
