Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra user faces pink line issue in display after updating to May 2023 update
Samsung Galaxy S21 series was unveiled in India in the year 2021 and since then this series delivered high-end specifications, features, displays, and fantastic camera qualities. But after the series was made available to consumers some of the users started complaining about Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra camera features and image quality and even some hardware issues were also raised by the users.
Recently the May 2023 update was released for Galaxy S21 Ultra with some improvements and upgrades but once again a user has come up with a complaint regarding a display issue faced by him after updating his phone to the latest update.
As per the user when he reached the service center regarding this pink line issue he was told to replace the display but he was asked to pay Rs.31k for the replacement which itself is a hefty amount. Further many users in the comment box mentioned that almost 80% of users are facing this issue which means that there is some problem with the software update or hardware of these devices.
This is not the first time a user has complained about an issue like this, earlier also many users complained about the appearance of green vertical lines on their Galaxy S21 Ultra device after the software update. All these complaints clearly point out that there is some connection between the software updates rolled out and these pink/green lines.
Earlier the models under the S20 series also faced issues like these and after numerous complaints, the company offered free screen replacement to the users. Maybe this time also company focuses on complaints against Galaxy S21 Ultra and might offer a free screen replacement or a solution for issues like these.
