Samsung’s Solve for Tomorrow competition is back , top teams to get Samsung products & up to INR 1.5 crore grant to turn ideas into action : Here’s everything you need to know

Currently, Samsung is the number one smartphone brand in India as the company managed to gain the trust of customers and loyalty by introducing devices as per customers’ needs and coming up with innovations. Not only this the smartphone brand keeps on introducing various competitions to increase the excitement of consumers and give a path to new ideas and innovations.

Remember the Solve for Tomorrow, youth-centric national education and innovation competition that was introduced last year, Samsung has opened the applications for this competition this year also.

This competition is announced basically for Gen Z aged between 16-22 years old who can solve global issues with game-changing tech solutions. Participants just need to bring their best ideas for a new product, service, or app to solve an issue that resonates with them.

What will the participants win?

The top 30 teams will be receiving Rs.20,000 for prototype whereas the top 10 teams will be getting Rs.1 lakh for prototype enhancement along with Samsung products. The top 30 teams will get to attend a 5-day Boot camp at FIIT, IIT Delhi, and visit Samsung offices and R&D centers.

On the other hand, the top three teams will get a chance to win Rs. 1.5 crores in addition to advanced training by FITT, IIT-Delhi, mentorship by Samsung and Government experts as well as the opportunity to visit Samsung sites across the country. Participants will also get a chance to appear on National TV with a certificate of recognition.

You can apply for Solve for Tomorrow and get detailed information on the program and terms and conditions at www.samsung.com/in/solvefortomorrow starting from April 4, 2023, till 31 May 2023.

The announcement of the top 30 teams will be done in the month of June while the top 10 teams will be announced in the month of July 2023. The grand finale for the top 3 teams will be held in October 2023.
